REDCOAT MARCHING BAND

The Redcoat Marching Band is under the direction of Mike Robinson. All University students are invited to apply for membership, which is determined by audition. Membership requires a conservative weekly rehearsal schedule and performance at all the UGA home football games. Performance at out-of-town games is required when attendance does not infringe on academic requirements.


Nikk Pilato is Associate Director of the Redcoat Band and Assistant Director of Bands at the University of Georgia. Dr. Pilato assists with the administration, design, and instruction of the Sudler Trophy-winning Redcoat Marching Band. In addition, Dr. Pilato is the Director of the UGA Basketball Band, writing many of the musical arrangements for that group.

Auditions are scheduled for the 2010 Redcoat Band.
